Do you remember the old commercials for Chia pets? If you are an x-gen or baby boomer, they you definitely remember those catchy tunes. Growing a porcelain plant haired pet seemed like a novel idea at the time. The seeds you would spread were these tiny little things that sprouted and grew into dark green tiny leaves. But what you didn’t know is how powerful they are for nutrition, hydration, and hormone balance just to name a few things.
